There are two cooling modes in the extruder field: first, die head cooling, and second, direct product cooling
1： The die head is cooled by directly cooling the extrusion grinding tool of the extruder, and the chilled water is directly introduced into the die for cooling.
2： The product is directly cooled, and after the plastic product is extruded by an extruder, there will be a water tank through which the product passes. During this process, the product temperature is rapidly cooled, and the chiller keeps the water temperature constant at a lower temperature to ensure the cooling effect of the product.
