In the process of product production, the extruder first undergoes a heating process to shape the plastic. During this process, the plastic product will come out in a medium to high temperature state. If natural cooling is used, this time will be relatively slow. In order to improve the production efficiency of the product, a chiller will be used to quickly cool the product. There are two cooling modes in the extruder field: first, die head cooling, and second, direct product cooling
1: The die head is cooled by directly cooling the extrusion grinding tool of the extruder, and the chilled water is directly introduced into the die for cooling.
2: The product is directly cooled, and after the plastic product is extruded by an extruder, there will be a water tank through which the product passes. During this process, the product temperature is rapidly cooled, and the chiller keeps the water temperature constant at a lower temperature to ensure the cooling effect of the product.
