Huaxiang has launched the all-cooling and all-heating twin-screw compressor unit in the field of extraction, and now adopts the latest semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor, which has higher efficiency; optimized refrigeration cycle, more precise control, higher reliability; and abundant auxiliary functions such as heat pump, low temperature and heat recovery;
Over the years, the all-cooling and all-heating units have been widely used in airports, hospitals, hotels, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, reaction kettles, fermentation, large-scale factories, carbon dioxide extraction and so on.
Unit features
1. High-precision, high-stability twin-screw compressor, low vibration and low noise.
2. Adopting multi-compressors, modular combination design, independent operation of each circulating circuit, automatic equalization, so the unit has a longer life.
3. Motor and compressor rotor direct drive, to avoid indirect transmission of energy loss, improve compressor efficiency.
4. Higher than the field standard development principles of inspection standards, higher reliability.
5. Advanced microcomputer control system or programmable PLC system, more perfect logic and protection procedures, more accurate control to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.

High performance screw compressor
Huaxiang produced a semi-hermetic double screw compressor since, at present, the double screw refrigeration unit in the whole said extensive operation, fully realize the water-cooled screw unit higher efficiency, higher reliability, can provide customers with better products, better quality service.
Twin-screw compressor features
1. The rotor adopts the world's most advanced brand manufacturers, high processing precision, to achieve the best running clearance, friction resistance to a minimum, high volume rate under the oil film sealing, to ensure long-term high-efficiency operation, but also to reduce the vibration such as and noise;
2. The capacity regulating valve is automatically restored to the minimum negative part, reducing the starting current;
3. Double-layer shell design, reduce the group running noise to a greater extent;
4. Built-in motor, without coupling to prevent refrigerant leakage, while the use of cold coal cooling motor, so that the failure is reduced to a minimum, prolonging the life;
5. Built-in motor thermostat, further protect the motor and lubricating oil;
6. External exhaust check valve effectively prevents the rotor from being reversed by the backwash of high pressure airflow during shutdown;
7. Built-in suction filter to filter out large particles of impurities and protect the screw surface from damage;
8. Capacity control: 100% ~ 15% or 100% ~ 75% ~ 50% ~ 25% of the range of infinitely or segmentally adjustable (R22, R134A units);
9. The compressor is equipped with oil heater, oil sight glass: oil maintenance port, exhaust backstop valve, which is convenient for unit repair and maintenance;
10. Built-in centrifugal oil separator, high oil separation efficiency, no external oil separation, no need to replace; (except full liquid type)
11. Capacity control: infinitely adjustable within the range of 100%~25% (R134a group).
Evaporator
1. dry evaporator, refrigerant sealing into the amount of less, back to the oil performance is good, without external oil pump and oil filter, no wearing parts, low maintenance costs;
2. Asymmetric distribution of refrigerant inlet and outlet, effective use of refrigerant properties, improve heat transfer efficiency;
3. The design of refrigerant inlet mesh distributor realizes the most rationalization of refrigerant distribution in the heat transfer tube;
4. Each cycle of the multi-head unit is independently counted, with good standby.
Refrigerant circuit
Each compressor corresponds to an independent circuit system, and each circuit includes: exhaust check valve, safety valve, liquid pipe ball valve, filter, service valve, thermal or electronic expansion valve, pressure switch, pressure sensor, thermistor and other components.
In addition, R134a unit adopts Huaxiang's patented refrigerant management system.
Advanced throttling device
The throttling device adopts imported thermal or electronic expansion valve, its main features:
1. High adjustment precision, more obvious energy-saving effect;
2. Large adjustment range, more adaptable to wide capacity adjustment;
3. It can ensure the best degree of superheat, improve efficiency and protect the compressor.
Double cooling skeptic
1. perfect forced subcooling design, increase the cooling capacity and improve the refrigeration efficiency;
2. the use of high-efficiency finned tubes increases the heat transfer area and at the same time strengthens the perturbation of refrigerant on the surface of the tubes, which greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency;
3. independent design of each cycle of multi-head unit, good standby;
4. optimized anti-punching plate structure, further improve the distribution of refrigerant.

Advanced PLC system
Touchable color control LCD screen
1.7 inch true color liquid touch screen, visualized operation, easy and intuitive.
2. The main operation interface provides a number of operation modes, which can realize precise control of the unit under any working condition through the interface keyboard.
3. The operation status is clear at a glance, operation display; chilled water inlet/outlet temperature, outside air temperature, suction pressure, exhaust pressure, suction temperature, exhaust temperature, suction/exhaust superheat, thermal expansion valve or electronic expansion valve opening, compressor cumulative time and so on.
4. Alarm display, and at the same time can record the most recent alarm, provide two kinds of operation interface in English and Chinese, suitable for domestic and international market demand.
5. Continuous capacity control
Utilizing microcomputer control system and continuous compressor technology to achieve continuous capacity control temperature regulation is smooth and part load regulation is more accurate.
6.Water temperature control
Inlet water temperature or outlet water temperature control can be selected, temperature control accuracy of the set value of 1.0 ℃ to meet the needs of different occasions.
7. Balanced operation of compressor
Multiple compressor units automatically balance the running time of each compressor.
8. Expansion function
Support the host and water home linkage, to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
Complete protection function
1. High pressure protection and low pressure protection
When the discharge pressure is higher than the set value, or the suction pressure is lower than the set value, this protection device operates to stop the compressor to protect the compressor and the unit.
2. Compressor motor thermostat protection
This thermostat is placed in the motor winding of the compressor, when the motor temperature is higher than normal, it will stop the compressor operation to protect the compressor.
3. Exhaust gas overheat protection
When the exhaust gas overheat is too high, the unit can automatically adjust the refrigerant flow to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to protect the compressor.
4. Oil Heater
The oil heater ensures good lubrication characteristics and prevents the lubricant from foaming during startup.
5. three-phase overcurrent protection
When the current of the compressor is higher than its set value, the overcurrent relay will automatically disconnect the circuit and stop the compressor from running.
6. Inverse phase protection
This device senses the phase of the power supply and absolutely prevents the compressor from running in reverse due to the wrong phase of the power supply.
7. Compressor Frequent Start Control
The compressor restart time function controls the compressor starting and stopping frequency within a reasonable range to protect the compressor.
8. Anti-freezing protection of the unit
When the temperature of the evaporator is lower than the set value, this function will force the compressor to stop operation to prevent the crystallization of the refrigerant carrier in the unit.
9. Safety valve
When the condenser pressure is too high and all the rest of the protection devices are out of order, the safety valve opens to prevent damage to the unit.
10. fusible plugs - mainly in scroll units
When the condenser temperature is too high and all other protective devices have failed, the fusible link opens to prevent damage to the unit.
11. Differential pressure switch for chilled water flow (R134a full-liquid type only)
The chilled water adopts differential pressure type water flow switch, which is more accurate compared with the traditional type water flow switch, and will not cause freezing of the chilled water pipe or even damage due to short-term breakage of flow or reduction of flow rate.
12. Compressor oil level protection (R134 full liquid type)
The photoelectric sensing oil level switch is adopted to prevent the unit from running in the state of lack of oil or less oil, which effectively guarantees the reliable and safe operation of the unit.

• The following instructions should be read carefully before the unit is installed to avoid unnecessary damage.
• The unit should be kept as level as possible when handling and moving, never tilted more than 30 degrees, and there should be support rods on all spreaders to avoid injuring the equipment.
• The unit can be installed on the roof or outdoor patio, and the supporting surface must be strong enough; it can withstand the weight of the unit during operation.
• The unit should not be installed in dusty, dirty, corrosive gas and humidity.
• The installation of the unit should leave enough space of more than 1.5 meters in front, back, left and right for heat dissipation and easy access for maintenance personnel.
• The set in place, should be shockproof cushion placed under the set of bottom frame, adjust the level of the set before tightening the foot screws and ambrose.
• System plumbing installation, insulation, should be designed by professionals to guide, and the implementation of the corresponding provisions of the HVAC installation specifications.
• External water piping system must be installed anti-vibration soft joints, filters, check valves, drain valves, exhaust valves, shut-off valves; such as expansion tanks should be installed above the highest part of the system 1-1.5 meters; tank capacity of about the entire system of water / 10: Exhaust valves should be installed in the highest part of the system between the expansion tanks; chilled water piping system and expansion tanks should be made thermal insulation.
• Water pumps and units, water pumps and system water piping should be connected using shockproof flexible joints, while the piping and pumps should be self-supporting brackets to avoid unit stress.
• In order to prevent welding slag and other foreign objects from entering the evaporator and causing damage to the heat exchanger tube, we are required to install a water filter of more than 16 mesh at the evaporator inlet of the unit (or at the tank refill inlet). System water pipeline flushing and insulation should be carried out before connecting with the unit, it is strictly prohibited to connect the pipeline with the unit before it is flushed clean, and lightning protection should be considered according to the height of the actual installation location of the unit.
Instructions for use
Before the user starts the machine for the first time, please read the instruction manual of the product carefully and operate the machine according to the steps stipulated in the instruction manual to ensure the safety; meanwhile, it is recommended to start the machine for the first time under the guidance of the company's commissioning engineers.
The following work must be done before starting operation
• Connect all the power supply cables and external power supply control equipment according to the requirements.
• Check the water source of water tank or expansion tank, open the exhaust valve, exhaust the air in the channel; check whether the compressor and fan or water pump running direction is correct.
• The unit will be energized in order to warm up the lubricating oil (especially in cold areas, the time is not less than 12 hours)
In case of air-conditioning system, check whether the terminal equipment operates normally.
• In the case of the main circuit power failure, carry out a test run to check whether the sequence of action is normal; check whether the compressor and fan or pump group running in the right direction
• Set industrial refrigeration (or heat pump) operation mode as needed.
After the completion of the above work, you can turn on the main power and open the chiller or air-conditioning system for the host; to be the water temperature to meet the requirements of the normal unit once the debugging is completed and put into normal operation, you must keep its power supply phase sequence unchanged.
Maintenance
• The unit has been adjusted by the company's commissioning engineers, has reached the best working condition, please do not self-adjustment.
• The unit must clean the filter at the water inlet end of the pump after 24 hours of trial operation.
Frequent operation of the switch is strictly prohibited, the number of compressor start-up shall not exceed 6 times / hour. And the interval between each start-up operation should be more than 5 minutes.
• The main circuit power switch can not be disconnected during normal use.
• The whole machine should be checked once a month, the items are:
1, electrical terminals solid bolts have no loosening.
2, the set of moving parts have no noise, whether the operation is normal.
3, each motor running current is normal, insulation resistance is normal.
• The heat exchanger of the unit should be cleaned at least twice a year with special cleaning liquid or high-pressure water to maintain good heat exchange effect.
• If the heat pump unit is turned on in winter, please pay special attention to: the temperature is below 0°C to check the circulating water insulation effect regularly. And can not cut off the unit inlet power; long-term shutdown when not in use, the water side of the heat exchanger and the system piping must be drained to avoid pipe freezing.
• The unit should be operated and managed by specialized personnel, and should be shut down in time to find out the reasons and troubleshooting when abnormal conditions are found. It is strictly prohibited to run with disease.
• If you encounter any difficulties that can not be solved, please feel free to contact the company's customer service center. Warning: In order to ensure the normal use of your unit, please follow the following tips during the use of (winter, spring): 1. Frequent shutdown, the unit's main power switch and the single-pole air switch in the electronic control box must be kept closed and energized.
2. When the ambient temperature is low, the water temperature is correspondingly low and there is a danger of freezing, the unit will automatically start the anti-freezing program to prevent the occurrence of the accident, but at this time, if you turn off the water pump and the unit power supply, then the anti-freezing program fails, the water temperature will continue to fall to the point that the water system is frozen or even frozen heat exchanger pipe, etc. In order to avoid such accidents, please you must do the following two:
1, the water pump must be linked with the unit, the unit to control the start and stop of the water pump, rather than manual control.
2, the pump and unit main circuit and control loop must be kept energized, if you can not keep the energized state. It is necessary to release the water in the water system in time.
